Surrey Vasectomy is led by a highly experienced medical professional with a specialist focus in no-scalpel vasectomy procedures. A graduate of Imperial College Medical School and a GP partner at Bartlett Group Practice, he has performed over 3,500 vasectomies, refining a meticulous technique for minimal discomfort and near-zero complication rates.
Dr Leong performs vasectomies regularly and maintains a continuous audit of his outcomes. This focus on volume, consistency and quality assurance helps ensure a safe, well-delivered procedure with clear aftercare guidance.
An accredited CoSRH vasectomy trainer and member of the ASPC, he remains at the forefront of best practices in vasectomy care. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and playing badminton.

We can do your vasectomy on the NHS as long as you are registered with a GP in the Frimley ICB area.
This includes:
Bracknell Forest
North East Hampshire
Farnham
Surrey Heath
Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
Slough
if you live in these areas, you can self-refer, you can do this via this form or contacting us below.
You can also ask your GP in the Frimley ICB area if you find that easier.
They will be able to access our "Surrey Vasectomy Service" referral form on their DXS system and refer using the eRS system.

We offer a straightforward self-funded option for patients who prefer flexible appointment times. This is not commissioned or funded by the NHS. This is only open to patients who are not registered with Bartlett Group practice.
